• You will automatically receive receipts for all payments made and confirmed. These will be sent when our bank has confirmed acceptance of the payment.
• Please bring with you all important medical records and MRIs/CTs/X-rays for the patient. These might be required by the hospital to review before treatment begins. Please make copies of all these documents and pictures before arriving as some of these records may be kept by the hospital.
• Please make sure the patient avoids any infection or sickness before arrival as this can delay the start of treatment. It is important to let your Beike service representative know as soon as possible if the patient becomes sick before treatment or has been affected by any new medical ailments. The costs of any tests, treatments, and/or medications required at the center before the start of stem cell treatment due to infections or previously undisclosed medical conditions is not included in the cost of stem cell treatment.
• After arrival, a hospital coordinator will provide you with the necessary consent form to complete. Please inform your representative if you wish to view this consent form before arrival.
• Please remember that food services may be not included depending on the treatment location. The cost of laundry, and long distance calling are not included in the price of the treatment.
• We recommend you buy travel insurance before coming. Travel insurance can help to cover any costs incurred from accidents and the subsequent medical expenses, lost luggage, cancelled flight tickets, and emergency returns home. Please ask your local insurance company for further information.
• Please keep in mind that the final treatment decision is still made by the doctors at the center after a physical evaluation of the patient upon arrival. If the doctors find or learn about any medical condition that could cause complications with the treatment, they can refuse treatment and all money will be refunded to the patient.
• Finally, our doctors highly recommend that no patients receive any vaccinations within 15 days of the treatment starting date. Currently there are no scientific publications regarding the relationship between vaccinations and stem cell treatment. Quantity of UCBSC stem cell provided
For patients older than 10 years: Approximately 50 million cells in each packet.
For patients younger than 10 years: 2 million/kg of body weight in each packet.
Why UCBSC stem cells
The umbilical cord blood stem cell type has been chosen for the patient because it contains three subsets of stem cells which include mesenchymal stem cells, endothelial progenitor cells and hematopoietic stem cells which can:
1) Differentiate into many different types of cells including neural/nerve cells.
2) Promote new blood vessels and increase blood supply to the injured or targeted area,
3) Release growth factors and stimulate the patient’s own stem cells to further promote cellular differentiation.
What is Included in the treatment
Our treatment includes not only the stem cell injections but also transportation from the airport, all necessary testing and examinations upon arrival at the hospital, a room with an additional bed (for a caregiver) for the whole treatment duration, meals customized by our nutritionist based on the patient’s health assessment, and a comprehensive rehabilitation program that can include 5 physical therapy sessions, 5 occupational therapy sessions, 12 acupuncture sessions, 7 hyperbaric oxygen therapies and 7 transcranial magnetic stimulation sessions.
Doctors on site may modify the above therapy program depending on each patient personal needs and certain therapies may be substituted.
Therapies cannot be removed from our treatment package nor refunded.

Arriving with a Caregiver
We recommend to come for treatment with at least 1 caregiver and we provide an extra bed in the patient room for that purpose. We outline different accommodation options in the attached guide. A standard room suitable for two adults and a child (10 years or younger) is included in the treatment price. Upgrades for additional cost may be available upon request.
Vaccinations and Inoculations Before Treatment
We do understand some patients may prefer to receive vaccinations before coming for stem cell treatment. Our doctors, however, strongly recommend that patients do not receive any vaccinations within two months of the treatment starting date to avoid any potential drop in treatment efficacy. If you have any concern regarding vaccination, please let me know.
